Came in today with the intention of purchasing a brand-new vehicle. Upon entering the dealership, there were two women at the front counter/showroom who did not acknowledge us in any way. No greeting, no offer of assistance—despite looking at us multiple times. First impressions matter, especially when dealing with potential customers ready to make a major purchase. I got my new electric car here! We had to come all the way from Burlington to Yorkdale due to paperwork issue. But it was a totally worth journey! The assistance was super helpful and doing their best to speed up the task. KIA's the best! Go KIA, go!
Fantastic service! Marshal took care of my vehicle very quickly and made sure service process was very smooth. Yousaf the tech was very helpful explaining the issues.
I called the parts department today and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. The person who answered—who said he was the manager—spoke in a very unprofessional manner, lacked basic courtesy, and refused to provide assistance over the phone.
