Excellent experience. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. The two who waited on us were very patient and helpful with my daughter and her first "real" Western store experience. Left with a pair of boots, a custom creased hat, and several laughs and good stories. I was surprised that this "mall location" was just as incredible as the original store in Canyon. Well Done!
The people were very helpful. Got to pray for one of the girls with a cold hope she gets better and i got myself a nice wallet. My kind of style.
They follow you around like they are going to mug you. It is impossible to shop there.
I went in today to buy some shoes with my children. Got what I wanted and walked to the check out counter. Stood there for about 5 minutes while 2 girls just stood there and looked at me. I got my children and left. Lost my business today.
Great hat selection! Friendly and very helpful staff every time. I usually go to the Canyon store but I'd assume the staff is transparent at the Amarillo location as well!
