Im not gonna say they have great customer service or anything, but that's not what they're there for. They're not chick fil a, it's a clinic, free clinic for most of us. But they do what I need them to do. They give me methadone every day. The current dosing nurse is awesome, she's super fast, I'm in and out of there in 2 min almost every day. And I love my counselor and the Dr is nice. Unfortunately everyone's first and most frequent contact is with the clinic Mgr, Kathy. She's been there 100yrs. Maybe we'd all be like that... read more

I am eternally grateful to have this service. I wouldn’t be alive now if not for this program. There is no doubt in my mind that I would have eventually died from my disease if it had gone on longer. I’ve been able to get take-home doses on a schedule that was easy for me. My counselor is a good listener and it’s obvious that they aren’t just going through the actions. I’ve also been able to vacation on both coasts & they will either give you X many days you need - or set you up with another clinic that is close (within 20is... read more

Could use a coffee cart. Just saying. If you wanna see a bad clinic, go try out the one in Downtown Dallas. You'll be sprinting back out to Plano Also, Gbolahan was the best nurse ever, pls bring him back! Fast, attentive, caring - everyone loved that guy 🥰

I am grateful to have this service. I wouldn’t be alive now if not for this program. As of November 2024, the new male dosing nurse is a nice change and is very quick & knows what he’s doing.
