Very supportive environment, the team offered practical advice that helped me manage my challenges and improve my recovery process effectively.
Called ahead about intake, was not told anything about needing a specific money order for payment. So had to leave ,sick, and run around at 530 in the morning searching for somewhere to get a money order. The staff was very impatient and rude to someone already crying and down just trying to get help. You don't know what every person who comes through those doors has been through to get there. They're trying to get help, stop making it so hard!
This place saved my life!!! I was going through treatment here and then I unexpectedly moved back to Dallas. I was unable to get into a clinic there for reasons unrelated to WTCR. I relapsed and I knew that I needed to get back to Amarillo and back into "my clinic" here.
