I came in for outpatient surgery feeling very anxious and apprehensive. Nursing and anesthesiology staff heard my concerns, treated them with respect, and addressed them effectively. WTSC provided me with outstanding, exemplary care!
I have found myself a patient there twice in the past year. The staff, the nurses, and everyone I came in contact with was so friendly and attentive. And not to just me, but to my brother who had to wait on me. If you have to have surgery, and you can use W. Tennessee Surgery Center then I say go there because they treat everyone like you're the only person there. Keep up the good work!
