RecommendedThe ambiance of the place is more that of a day spa than a dental office. The staff spend a lot of time to make sure that your child (and the parents) are very comfortable. They explain everything and go over everything, including office equipment and tools so it eases a lot of the stress. My daughter is 4 and never been to a dentist before and had extensive work done and the experience was very positive (not that I want my kid to undergo any medical procedures). Dr Williams and his staff were wonderful to work with. Everyone in the office was so kind and welcoming.
We went for my daughters first visit with them today. They were absolutely amazing! I am completely amazed at how great they are, from the time we came in until we left it was amazing! I would Absolutely would recommend them!
This place is the best ever!!!!!! I have a daughter with high functioning autism. We have had some not so great experience/frustrations with a different dentist office (not in the jackson area). West Tenn Pediatric Dental went above and beyond to make sure we got the care needed. The staff ALL greeted me with waves and smiles. While my daughters procedure was taking place several assistants let me know how things were going. I am just so grateful for such a great team!
The staff and doctors are wonderful here. They did everything they could to keep my son comfortable while getting some teeth pulled. He had ADHD so he doesn't do well laying and sitting still.

We love West TN Pediatric!! They have ALWAYS been great with our girl, who is now 6. They all go above & beyond to make her feel comfortable, by explaining exactly what they’re going to do. I highly recommend them! They are hands down the BEST & have the friendliest staff!
Everyone at West Tenn Pediatric Dental is excellent with children. Both of my girls are always nervous about going to the dentist and they always calm their fears.
