Janet was good and very professional explaining every step of the way. No rushing through the session and making me not only feel better with trigger point therapy but offering suggestions and stretches I could do on my own that would help those problem areas of mine. I received a Groupon gift for this service and would highly recommend it for others.
Janet is a great trigger point threapist. She listens to your concerns and works with you to relief your pain. She is very thorough and i highly recommend her for both acute and chronic pain issues.
I purchased a Groupon for my wife. Initially I provided 1 star because my wife was unable to get in contact to make an appointment for a a few weeks. This is something several other reviews (across different platforms) have pointed out over the years. Eventually my wife was able to contact someone and made an appointment. Unfortunately my wife had to reschedule that appointment last minute due to a work emergency. Completely unprofessional and rude staff.
I've tried calling this clinic on 9/22/2017 and 9/25/2017 to change my appointment dates no answer. I might call living social and have them refund me my money.
