He knew his job well and explained everything he was doing , very knowledgeable. The price was reasonable and they were available same day for the repair. When I called , spoke to Lisa and she was very polite , professional and answered all my questions. I highly recommend West Suburban Garage Doors and won’t hesitate to call them again if I need any repairs.

As I'd requested, I was texted a quote, along with warranty info., which was a great time saver for me.(The other 4 company's that I'd emailed left phone messages requesting that I call them back). The technician(Joe) arrived on time. Joe was friendly and showed a great work ethic.
