ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The medical verifiers mixed up my insurance and claim I owe a $4000 deductible, when I actually have a PPO that has no deductible. They claimed I came in for an appointment with their office and I have never been to their office; this is the first time I am booking an appointment. So they placed someone else's insurance under my information and I will be reporting them to HIPAA for this violation. Not liking this office and their practices right now. Turned my dad away from an appointment due an outstanding bill from a visit in August that they failed to file a claim on. The visit was in August it is now December with all this time you tell me they just now getting the correct information for the insurance to bill . Very disappointed with how my Dad was treated today.
