I've called over twenty times, no response.
I have Dr. Bakh as my ophthalmologist for many years, I don't have any complaints. Good knowledgeable doctor, friendly atmosphere.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! The medical verifiers mixed up my insurance and claim I owe a $4000 deductible, when I actually have a PPO that has no deductible. They claimed I came in for an appointment with their office and I have never been to their office; this is the first time I am booking an appointment. So they placed someone else's insurance under my information and I will be reporting them to HIPAA for this violation.
