Lauren was so much more than a sales associate! She listened to my injury saga and took the time to help me discover my specific needs. I think I just found a running coach!!!
Great local store and runs
Sure you can get your shoes/gear elsewhere, but why not go where the people actually care about you? 5+ years later (and ~15 pairs later) the first salesperson I worked with still remembers the shoes I came in wearing. Locally owned. Great store. Better people.

Genie and the staff at West Stride are the friendliest and most knowledgeable group of runners around. They have helped encourage and coach me through many running firsts--from 5K to marathon. West Stride is a huge part of the community and is a place where friends meet!
