I have lived here for 3 years. I had planned on a short stay while looking for someplace more permanent, but have found no reason to move. The location is close to town, bike trails, and SIUE. It is a quiet neighborhood and a small, quiet building. Cable and utilities are included and there is on-site laundry, which never seems too busy. No complaints.
I have lived at West Street Apartments for a little over 2 years now. It is a great community that is within walking distance of all the restaurants and bars downtown, and is only a short drive from SIU. Nick and Peggy have been very prompt with any issues that have ever arisen. I would recommend West Street Apartments and HP Management to anyone looking to move Edwardsville.
