RecommendedBest meal we had during our recent vacation to Carlsbad! Food was 5 stars ⭐️ Our waitress was very personable and friendly, and very knowledgeable about the menu and restaurant. The entire experience was very satisfying. Elegant, finer dining and on the higher end for prices, but definitely worth it! You will not be disappointed at West Steak and Seafood.

Really nice place. Great service and food.
We enjoyed everything we ate. Seared scallops appetizer, Roasted beet salad, Chilean Sea bass, farm fresh vegetables, creamy mashed potatoes, creamed spinach and truffle fries. So much flavor. Service was equally as good.

Exceptional scallops and steak and the creamiest most delicious mashed potatoes ever! Our server gave detail of menu specials and the highest quality of attention to the special requests of one of the diners in our party. We partly went to West because their site states most menu items are made from scratch and when one of your group has special dietary requests, made from scratch sounds helpful. Great experience!
