Western States deserves a negative star rating. They left our building without a consistent manager for YEARS, and now, August of 2023, claim I was late in 2021, which is untrue. Twice Deidra has given me inaccurate information, and when proven the inaccuracy of her statements, states she can no longer help me. Deidra claimed ck 5209 was a partial payment of a late fee. Ck 5209 was written to the State of Idaho for an entirely different matter. Deidra then hung up with me.
