This property management company is one to avoid. I was always on time with my rent, but one time they lost my check. The on-site manager called me at work and told me to come home and pay it. It was so rude because I did pay it, and they overbilled me when I moved out. I know other people who were treated unfairly by them. Avoid West Star!
