Ellie was excellent at front desk , my dental assistant untrained my dentist okay but doesn't perform root canal procedure , for a office that was not busy it uses a answering service that was not helpful because it only does scheduling , in short I would use someone else!
I wish I could give zero stars I had a very disappointing experience with this office. The secretary called me early in the morning with an attitude, demanding insurance information that I had already attempted to provide the previous day. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she was rude and dismissive. Customer service is just as important as medical care, and I will not be bringing my sons somewhere I don’t feel comfortable or respected. At age 81 I really did not know what to expect. It has been.many years since my last dentist. The office area was clean and the personal were all top grade,, well trained, and knowledgeable. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit…I even recommended my wife to go. They get a TEN.
Great and fast service…very nice people…will definitely choose them again. Thank you for your quick services and genuine care!
