I have to say, I was SOOO impressed with the friendliness of the staff here at West Spring Dental! From the front office receptionist, to the technician that took my x-rays, to the dentist who was one of the most attentive dentist ever! They were able to get me in on a Friday with no appointment! Great Dentist, But Terrible Office Policies Dr. Mwanyange is a wonderful dentist — both my husband and I truly respect and appreciate his care and professionalism. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for West Spring Dental Care’s business practices. As new patients, we were immediately charged for services we didn’t necessarily want or need. Everyone there is an amazing job. They ensured my comfort throughout the entire multiple-hour Six teeth crown appointment. They replaced all of my top front teeth, and now it feels like I have a brand-new smile.
Excellent staff, excellent doctor! I felt welcomed and supported. Appreciated the clarity on additional services needed. Will be back very soon!
