The apartments here are wonderfully spacious with great storage, and the management has been consistently kind and responsive. Maintenance is handled by one main person, so non-urgent requests can take a bit of time, but emergencies are taken care of quickly and they bring in outside help when needed. The laundry rooms are small with 2 washers and dryers in each building and the machines work okay. I personally prefer using a laundromat so I can knock everything out at once with the big washers. My good friends live here. It's cozy, quiet. There is almost no visitor parking in the whole place. Maintenance requests may take 6 to 8 weeks even for critical repairs such as dishwasher.
Parking terrible no place for kids or pets
Although there are plenty of dogs here, it is not really pet friendly. And, there is no play area for kids.
