Parking terrible no place for kids or pets
Although there are plenty of dogs here, it is not really pet friendly. And, there is no play area for kids.
I have lived here for a year and a half. I love the dynamic and spacious layout of my apartment and the privacy of the covered balconies. Love seeing and hearing the birds and other wildlife. The trees and landscaping are pretty. It is fairly quiet most of the time and the location is convenient as long as you have a vehicle. There have been some mishaps and maintenance issues for sure but the reason I'm leaving 4 stars anyway is Nicole. everything is always broken u can barley do laundry here due to washing machines being broken or the laundry card loafer being broken and when you ask them to fix things in your apartment they look at it and then don’t come back to fix it lol
