top company I have done business with West Side OIl for years for both installing boiler and water heater, bathroom and oil delivery. They are higher priced but the quality was very high and they stand behind their work. I have other fuel delivdery companies but they have been inept to include not delivering oil because the whistrle was defective. You get what you pay for.
West Side Oil Co is expensive and the sevice so so. I was getting my oil and yearly cleanings from them but switched last year. Not only is the oil less expensive the cleanings are too and my new supplier did a great and complete job. I'm glad I made the switch, you will too.
Family service Skip and Lisa always took care of us on the lake, they never said no to bringing us just 50 gallons of oil when thats all we could afford.One time Skip came out at eleven at night, gave us oil, and restarted our furnace at no additional charge. Now my father lives in our lake house and still deals with westside oil, as he puts it, "just for the great service"
West Side Oil Company Family owned for years. Skippy Chapman owner and did work for years. His son now does most of the work. They do a very good job and you can depend on them.
Excelent driver.. My driver from West Side was very courtious.. When he came over not only at Ten Oclock at night he also removed his boot before entering my home to relight my furnace.. Thanks West Side,, And Rob
I would go elsewhere for service and oil I was with West Side Oil in Suffield for about 3 years. The delivery of oil is fine, but you can definitely get it less expensive (about .25/gal) from other companies. The service for the cleaning was always done in under an hour and they left the place with soot all over everything. The new company I have takes about 2 hours for the yearly service cleaning and indicated that you can't do a proper cleaning and tuning in under an hour. I want to give a huge thank you to West Side Oil. We discovered a small leak in the baseboard radiator that traveled all the way from the second story to the basement of my 200+ old farmhouse. The folks at West Side came fast and even brought in a second crew. Although we had to chop holes in the wall and ceiling they did an awesome job and were very reasonable .
