They do not take walk ins. Even for little kids with severe ear pain
Just don't feel like my appointment is important to them or Dr Fredricks I'm waiting over a half most of my visit with no explanation or than he takes an hour with all his patients which has never been the case with me sincerely disappointed and currently looking for a new primary care Dr
Horrible staff and no mental health awareness
I don't recommend getting Erin Clayton as a doctor for your children. We've had her for around a year now & we've only seen her once. Any time I've called with concerns about my child I'm always told to go to take her to the ER bc Dr. Clayton never has any availability. What's the point of having a primary care doctor if they can never see you & it's even worse that she's always accepting new patients but can't see her current patients.
Good little clinic for a quick check up.
