Really enjoyed myself! It's very well kept. Nice life guards and staff very helpful.
Be aware Pilot YMCA Knoxville does NOT give makeup lessons (or refunds) for missed children's swim lessons for any reason. This includes notifying weeks in advance for family trips prior to the start of lessons. This also includes for children being admitted to Children's Hospital with a doctor's note (also notified prior to lesson).
Enjoyed the facility and pools.
I had the worst experience with them yesterday. Booked a birthday party got there they couldn’t find the paperwork could find deposit. Thank goodness I had a copy of both . We had a birthday here 2 years ago in the inside pool with no issues this time we booked for outside just the worse experience the manager that was on duty was beyond rude kept harassing us to finish payin for the party while the party was going on when before we payed the balance at the end . Outdoor pool overrun with kids from different summer camps. Older kids throwing footballs and swinging pool noodles hit my granddaughter several times. Baby pool very chaotic and dangerous as well.
