This place is a scam. Bought a motor from them didn’t fit my truck. Took it back to them and they were supposedly going to find me the right one. After a huge run around I asked for a refund. Was told in writing that they would give me a refund but never did. Took them to court and got a judgment against them but still no money.
Stole my $2500. I bought used liftgate, and they sold for someone else. They said they would ship to me another one and didn't ship, but they didn't return my money back.
The guys that work here are great!
Called on egr part# 3684707. Sales rep Jerry. I asked if egr valve was tested and in good working condition. That for sure was a lie over the phone conversation. Got installed on my truck to find out that check engine lite still on. If ur the business why sell junk parts. I could get the same effect on my old part. Nope but this place likes to take your money and waste your time. That's ok i disputed the charge on my credit card. But also wanted the buyers beware of service at this location.
Bought a 96 CH Mack from Westside, dealt with Randy, truck has been great. We had lost the title, Randy was very helpful in getting a new one out to us. Would highly recommend dealing with Westside!
