the building management acts like its a priviledge to pay inflated rent for units that have not been updated since the 1970's. the building manager is rude and does not know how to communicate with people which explains why he is the flunky brother of the owner. everyone i have spoken to feels the same way. ultimately the price gouging and rude behavior will drive you away
