Eating the Prime rib dinner right now and it’s out of this world! Great atmosphere & awesome food! Gotta love the garlic mash & the Jumbo stuffed shrimp with crabmeat! Btw the Harvest Margarita is great!!!!!! Good times here!

The food is decent. My biggest complaint is their customer service. I had a reservation on a Sunday evening and when I arrived (10 minutes before my reservation), I was told that it would be a half hour to 45 minute wait. This is not the first time this happened here. To top it off, the hostess was rude and unprofessional. People were complaining outside, too. We walked out and we will not be dining here anymore.

Oh...now that I read what you just wrote....it was your table that I am referring too. I sincerely apologize, however we were packed to capacity all day, and reservations were very tight. You arrived almost 45 minutes prior to your reservation time. I am sorry we were unable to accomodate you on your arrive. Perhaps you can call us ahead of time to let us know you will be arriving early.
After checking reviews for steak houses in Staten Island we deduced to go here. I ordered 24oz Porterhouse Steak, my wife a smaller steak. I was not impressed. I've had steaks better than what I was served here for a lot less money. My wife didn't think much of her meal either. Never going back.
They have the best steaks in town. Would never go any where else

We had Lobster, King Crab Legs, Filet of Sole, Pork Chops. Soup and salad. Food was delicious and service excellent
