I had a wonderful experience with Fairbanks from the beginning to the end. The two installers were exceptional and knowledgeable. They made suggestions and let me take my time deciding on what worked best for me. I had questions about my billing and spoke with a very patient sales rep. That explained how I was charged. I highly recommend this business. Hind sight, but because my walls were not exactly plum I would have considered solid surface.

Full disclosure, we are disgruntle buyers at this point. We felt like a bait and switch happened to us. Fairbanks Construction has fully refunded the customers deposit and regrets for the misunderstanding of the scope of the work to be performed by us at the signing of the agreement. In the future we will strive to encourage our customers to review all of the paperwork so they have a clear understanding of our obligations and theirs.
Very professional and thorough communication throughout the entire process. Arrived on time, completed the job and made the entire process very easy. I would definitely use again.

Over all we are happy with our walk in tub. The salesman was very positive, but we found a few things he said did not materialize, like he would come by a couple of weeks after installation, but we have never seen or heard from him since we signed the contract. Also there was a difference in the fact that he told us to get referrals and he would reward us, the amount was different to what he said and what the company said.
