I had a wonderful experience with Fairbanks from the beginning to the end. The company, from sales to installers were all amazing on their explanation of what was happening. The windows are great and easy to clean. We are extremely pleased with all the services provided. Would love to have them again, since we didn't do all of our windows.
W**************, aka Fairbanks Construction, came to our home for a KOHLER walk-in tub presentation. The design consultant did an excellent job, the sales manager was another issue. The State Division Manager, Dennis U******, tried to coerce us into signing a contract for a Kohler walk-in tub by giving us false and erroneous statements about the sales contract that we were being asked to sign. They arrived on time and were professional and did an excellent job of installation of the walk in tub. It was an all day job and they stopped for about a half hour for lunch and never stopped again. They knew exactly what they were doing and when they came across a problem they solved it with out missing a beat! It would have been beneficial for all if the salesmen knew the exact measurements and let the installers know before hand.

First off,. this is my second home that I've chosen Fairbanks Construction. They installed their TEMO glass enclosure which comes with the white aluminum, insulated bottom panels that includes electrical options all the way around the room. This feature is not always found in other options enclosures. Both my jobs were for existing screened in lanais. The windows slide like butter, one handed opening and closing is so cool. The company, from sales to installers were all above board on their explanation of what was happening. Sales informed us it would be a couple of weeks for the ordering department to get the correct dimensions of the windows after which they would be built. We had a time constraint that the windows needed to be installed by a certain date because we would be leaving. The windows came in and were promptly installed two weeks prior to the dead due date. I have to agree with ***************** review. What we were told by the sales person conflicted with the contract as he said "whatever we touch is guaranteed for life". Come to find out it's not "everything". We had two showers remodeled. They sent two women to do the install (not that there is anything wrong with that) but one of them quit the next day and the one that stayed tried her best but did a horrible job. They had to come back and re-do the entire shower which involved putting another shower wall on top of the old... read more
They installed a new shower and and shower head with sprayer. The shower is smooth look like stone cut to fit existing shower beautiful. Great job. Professionally done in one day. Perfect Jacuzzi door and pony glass done the next day. Perfect
Fairbanks was the best contracted service we've seen in the last few years. We replaced all of the windows in our home. From the sales rep to the follow-up site visit, everything was right on time. We did have to follow-up in a couple of weeks to verify status of job moving forward as we didn't get a call and when windows were ready to install we had the option of installing right away (the next day) or scheduling (in case I needed time off from work).
