Salesman got an attitude when told we were not going to agree to the price quoted. Packed up and left. Not professional.

We had a new our shower and flooring done by Herl’s. After initial install I wasn’t happy with the way faucet handle was off center with tile square on wall panel. I looked at the shower twice daily and just wasn’t pleased with it. I finally left review with my dissatisfaction and was contacted within probably 20 minutes via phone. Ended up speaking with Greg and after a couple consultations him and his installation team removed and reinstalled a new wall panel centered faucet and I couldn’t be happier. Would definitely give them 5 stars and Chad more than 5. Absolutely love my new showers and glass doors! Can’t believe how beautiful they are. Extremely professional job done by Chad Culver. If you’re having work done ask for him. So polite and professional.
Had appt scheduled for consultation/estimate to re do our tub/shower. No one showed up, and when we called to find out why, was told we were not even on the schedule. Would not even consider using your company at this point, and warn everyone else.

Chad Culver did a wonderful job on conversion from a tub/shower to a walk-in shower stall. He is honest and hard working. We are very pleased with everything. We render a five Star rating for Chad and the company. *****
Our experience has been wonderful so far. Joshua Nichols is doing the work and has been awesome. Can't wait to see the finished project.
