Live in Florida at their Cirrus at Aqua apartments in Bradenton. 5 managers have left. Staff has all quit. Haven't had any fixes in our apartment since hurricanes dating back to 2024. Management says one thing....does nothing then quits. No one from West shore has ever gotten back to me even after multiple requests. We have no property manager or staff. Security gates don't work. Vendors beware!!! I have outstanding invoices from work completed on 4 different properties from September and October of last year. I worked closely with the accounting department to reconcile all invoices and once it was time to submit payment, the account department was completely unresponsive.
