Ought to be sued for wilful refusal to perform necessary maintenance. They won't lift a finger to help unless you go through the legal processes to escrow and even then they probably can't be bothered. They are perfectly happy to bully their residents into accepting overpriced units with only half the agreed amenities functioning. I wouldn't live at a single property they oversee if you can help it, and if you already do just plan to escrow your rent, they won't help otherwise

How can I get in touch with corporate regarding the terrible management at The River Lofts at Tobacco Row in Richmond, VA? The number the management office provided me with to reach corporate didn’t even work.
We are waiting on payment with no answer. They don’t pay vendors!
