The Westshore Property 2305 at Killearn property management has stated they are no longer taking checks or money from the residents. Everyone has to use the resident portal for payments as of 3/1/25. Using the resident portal has a hefty convenience fee. I have been trying to reach our to corporate through email and telephone with no luck. I just want an answer to see if they are going to waive the fee. The residents in our community are being forced to pay the rent this way.
They don't return phone calls or emails. I have 6 months worth i can prove it with. They don't pay their bills to vendors on time or at all.
We serviced one of their communities (DEERWOOD in Ocala FL )and were left with an outstanding balance. This company is completely unresponsive. They don’t answer phones, return calls or emails. I haven't been paid since August of 2024.
We had a contract with them, performed HVAC service on several of their units in August 2024. We have called multiple times with no response or payment. We witnessed the local management fax/email our invoices up. They said we will be paid in “2 weeks”…..that was 2 months ago. Now, we have to waste time and money securing a lien on their property. It has been a nightmare! Totally did a horrible job with install. Caused our plumbing to be totally backed up! The team that came in to do the remodeling was like a motley crew. Loud music and just not professional. We were inconvenienced for over 3 weeks due to the plumbing issues that Hector created. Also our sinks are still stopped up and West Shore doesn't want to cover the cost. Very upset is putting it lightly!
