We need someone from West Shore to contact our office regarding an outstanding balance before we seek legal action. Update- Within 20 minutes of us making this review West Shore called our office and paid the invoice. Our office has spent months trying to contact several people from West Shore with no response via phone calls, emails and text. Our company will no longer provide any services to West Shore. Let this be a warning to any future vendors.
Flooding caused by the dishwasher, 2 inches of water. 2 months later they still haven’t “fixed” everything, closed out the work order, & still won’t check for mold even though that’s our biggest concern due to a newborn being in the home. Today, we STILL have moisture in our home but nobody seems to care about our well being & potential mold risk. Been trying to reach corporate about property management issues following a dish washer leak that flooded my whole apartment almost 2 months ago. Property manager won’t even come check for mold. I’ve called, emailed, left voicemails, & filled out contact form at least 30 times in 2 months & haven’t gotten a response back through any of them. Regional manager is aware, she doesn’t care.

I was living there for 2 years, then moved out in May 31, 2025z I was told that since things were done in order with the move out notice, I was to receive my deposit back. Received and email stating that my check mailed out in July 1, 2025. It’s not July 29th and haven’t gotten anything. Tried calling several times with no response, no returned call or nothing.
