Breakfast hot bar is pretty good and the cafe serves good coffee, but the groceries are overpriced and their decision to ban EMTs from their premises is a big negative as well
The leadership of this company prioritizes money-grabbing and selfishness over compassion and humanity. EMS are not enemies, and not only that, they are customers. Shame on Thriftway for banishing individuals working in one of the most underappreciated and honorable lines of work you can enter.
This store has banned EMTs from shopping in the store or parking in their lot between calls. Even after the EMTs have shopped/spent money in this store for years. Any manager that treats EMS this way will NEVER get my business.
I can't believe the owner has that much hate towards EMS.
I think what they have done really sucks, they lost a good thing having EMTs on site there always there they watch people it's actually was a safe place to be always had extra eyes on what's happening not to mention if an older senior ever fell they would be first there to help
