It takes an hour for anyone to answer the phone to make an appointment. Once you’re able to make an appointment they are always months away. It’s ridiculous.
These people turn away children with high active fevers AT ONLY 9:30AM for their "first come first serve basis" with not a single but of empathy or regard for this at all. No can I get you water while you wait or maybe we can ask an incall nurse what to do or idk but I refuse UTTERLY REFUSE to believe these people don't have enough time to see my 7 year old after she's been solo sick all weekend. This is her PCP and not one time were we told we had to call to get a spot not once by anyone. We've been here many times already ... read more

2026- new update Not a fan. Ready to leave. Been a patient for 15 yrs if not longer. *Only lowering stars, because customer service has not improved sadly. Also time to get in to see your PCP i feel is too long.* I have been a patient for 15 maybe yrs. I have a new doctor which is really good. Very thorough.
