Very negligent, did not provide crucial details about recovery following my third appointment (I had two prior appointments in which absolutely nothing had been done), no acknowledgement to my questions during said appointment.
I would rate them 4 or maybe five stars, but the phone system at West Salem Clinic is horrible. The care is good. I've no complaints about in person interactions, but I've wasted more time trying to talk to someone and many times get disconnected after being on hold for over 15 minutes. That is a total waste of everybody's time. It's extremely frustrating. I would recommend they upgrade their communication system as they have done with the facility.
Like DMV used to be can't call busy if you need anything it's a two hour wait on phone. Calling not going to happen. State medical is just like DMV. No joke.
I went to the quick care clinic, no call or anything they had me in the back was hit 5 minutes.And hello took less than forty five minutes , and they were quick , professional and friendly
I had my first visit a few days ago with my new provider. She was very knowledgeable, listened to my concerns and is making sure I have all my recommended testing and blood work done. She sent refills for all my medications during or right after my appointment. I had a great visit and she really seems to care about her patients and she was not in any hurry. My past provider at another clinic was always in a hurry so this was refreshing to feel listened to and not feel rushed.
