It seems like this place is actively trying to get people hurt in some way. If it’s your first time going there just know your first appointment isn’t actually an appointment and they will do everything in their power not to help you with prescriptions needed. Front desk clerks answering the phone seem to think it’s their purpose to stick up for the higher ups that make things hard and don’t care about what patients have to say complaint wise. If I could leave less starts. I would. If you are transgender, this place is not inclusice as they state they are. I advise you find a different provider. These people don't take no for an answer, they are pushy and they are all around uninclusive and rude. Between ignoring no and pushing for dysphoric unnecessary procedures. Borderline, if not full, discrimination status based on gender. I am appalled and none of my family will be returning for any sort of care from this clinic.
