Absolutely appalled by how this place has sunk. If you're a regular patient, forget ever being able to make an appointment with your primary and if you choose to see someone else that person will just check your vitals and tell you to contact your PCP making your visit a complete waste of time and more frustration added to your life. They do not care if you get treatment or medication at all!!! You could die for all they care!
I've had two different PCPs at this clinic and there were no differences. This clinic takes 6 business days to complete a medication refill and that's with calling 2 times a day. If you don't call the clinic and have a little fit you will not get your refill. They don't perform pelvic exams with Pap appts. My doctor does not know me, does not read my file, does not follow up on issues or research the 'why' of anything. They don't get records sent (I've had to do that for them). It's a terribly run clinic. Don't go here.
Attempted to call and schedule for primary care with this clinic multiple times the last three days. Today is Thursday as I have left this review, I have called the scheduling line 6 times since 10 o clock this morning, it's now 4:30 and closing time, yesterday Wednesday I called 4 times, and on Tuesday I called 6 times since 10 o clock that day.
