I got a chain fixed here and the weight is not the same afterwards. Have them weigh when you drop off and when you pick up it you get anything repaired!

I had an opal ring that I took here about 10 years ago. I had four prongs put on to keep the opal from falling out. It looked great! I was very happy. I started soaking my opal rings in water recently. Imagine my surprise when I suddenly noticed that two of the prongs turned dark.
