I was in a tough spot and needing an apartment ASAP. Not only did they work with me but they got me into a unit that I wanted within a week. The staff is amazing and friendly.
I am a resident at WestRun and I am very grateful for that! Recently, I had to arrange some documents for my immigration case and I was short on time. The team members at the front desk, namely McKenzzie, Jessica and Tamar made things very easy for me. They helped me out with stationary, printouts envelopes and what not. Common areas within the buildings are not touched up at all. Looks like a prison. When I moved in there was a muffin wrapper laying on the floor in the public hallway for 2+ weeks. WIFI went out for an extended period, no budging on the rent pricing for that individual month. Hard to get in touch with anyone from the office if you have any questions. I’ve been living at west run for about a year now and love it. Not only is it more affordable than most places in the area, anytime I needed help or maintenance, they came within a few days. The staff are always welcoming and open to answer any questions you may have.
