Helped my girlfriend move in to her new apartment and found out it has roaches. Management has done NOTHING in the past week to address the issue. The roach in the picture was painted to the wall in public hallway. If you live here be ready to share the apartment with vermin
We toured with Tamar Lawson, he seemed fairly knowledgeable about logistics and prices and was easy to get along with. I also felt he was honest about the apartment complex and how things operated which was apreciated.

We tour with Tamar and he was incredibly helpful and honest. He was able to answer all of our questions and walk us through the lease application process.
I would not live here. The company that they use for electricity as a literal scan called simple bills you can look it up and do research. Plenty of people have said that this company is terrible. There are hidden fees and for our final month, which will only be a half a month they Estimated how much electricity we will use for that month and it is higher than any month.
