I moved in during the fall season and loving living here. The manager is super friendly, helpful, and does an outstanding work. The neighbors are friendly and the neighborhood has a chill vibe. Pretty close to good food finds and market places. Definitely recommend being part of this community living.
My new manager is doing great and the apartment complex is getting better I hope to continue as a good tenant with a good manager
Desde que vivimos en estos apartamentos mi experiencia ha sido muy buena , un lugar muy tranquilo, bonito y en tiempo de verano se puede disfrutar de la alberca con que cuenta los apartamentos de WEST ROYAL y tienen una muy buena ubicación.
I’ve lived at West Royal Apartments through a transition, and the difference with the new management and maintenance team is noticeable. Communication is better, concerns are addressed, and the property feels more cared for overall. The location is great and I love how spacious my 1 bedroom unit is
Shayna Gimbol was so helpful! We were on the fence about a few different places but her help and attentiveness solidified our decision that this was the place for us.
