My partner and I have lived here for 6 months now and both love it! Shayna, the property manager, has been awesome and done a great job assuring our living experience here is excellent! The apartment is very nice and spacious, laundry facilities always clean when we go to use them, and a brand new pool too to enjoy cooling off in on hot days. Being as affordable as you’re going to find in the area, West Royal apartments in Beaverton has a lot going for it and is a tough spot to beat overall!
I’ve lived in these apartments for a while now, and I’ve enjoyed every bit of it! Shayna, the property manager, is super polite and friendly. Every time I’ve run into her on the property she remembers mine and my partners name and asks how we’re doing and makes sure everything with the apartment is still going well! When we first moved in we had a door that stuck a bit and she got it fixed super quickly and updated our cabinet handles too!
