After shopping around for quotes, West Roofing came in a little higher than some, but based on the work they did on another house in the neighborhood we felt confident they'd do a great job. The roof looks great and we're eager to see how it performs when it rains. Very communicative, available for questions, and responsive to needs when pointed out. Joe even offered to come back and look at the roof after our solar panels were installed.
There were a few important factors behind our recent decision to retain West Roofing for our building's silicone coating: its solid history, good reviews on google, competitive price. Joe is instrumental in advising us selecting silicone coating as most suitable for our flat roof. Joe's way of communication - "always keep customer posted" is so much appreciated and help greatly to build our confidence in West Roofing that led us to have signed the contract.
We were very, very fortunate to find West Roofing (owner: Joe Elady). They did an outstanding job on with the replacement of our 16 Unit building's 10000 Sqft roof. The rains from earlier in the year has caused water damaged in multiple units and owners were very anxious to replace the roof before the rain season starts again.
