Arrived for a pickup since 2:30pm and waited till past 8pm, yet no dock. I don’t even know when the dock will be available. Other trucks were waiting too, and shipper said the products were not ready. Absolutely wasteful of drivers time. I hope not to come to this place again.
Nice people but everything else is not professional, starting from long waiting time , lot is in horrible condition, no where to park so everyone literally park and block the street becoming hazardous. Avoid if you can
I advise you not to come here!!! I don't care what the reviews from 10 months ago are saying... I have been here since 6:45 pm.. it is now 10:20 and they still have not started me yet... This is not a work in.. only 4 of us were given dock doors at the same time yet only one of us has left... there were no other trucks before, or after us.... And its paper so its super heavy... If I ever book this load again and see this address after the fact, Im cancelling!!! This is insane... You have been warned!!
