I love this practice. The NP I see is Ryenn and she is aaaawesome. She listens, engages and doesn't rush your appointment. I was just giving someone a referral to this practice and shocked by the recent reviews. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I recently relocated to the area, my assigned physician for my annual was Jamie Mastay, NP. She was cold, lackadaisical & dismissive. She gave me vague answers regarding uterine fibroid treatment & honestly it felt like she didn’t want to be bothered- as if I was inconvenienceing her. I felt weird after leaving, you know the kinda feeling when you just know somethings off/odd. I refuse to return to her as a patient & am annoyed I have to reschedule AGAIN just to get a pap smear.
