I’ve been with them since I was 17. I’ve had lots of conflicting opinions on them over the years. At first, they kept refusing to give me birth control because it “gave me high bp” so it was a constant struggle to continue that. One of the LPNs, Chelsea, finally listened to me and we came to the conclusion that I was nervous going in there and my bp was magically fine after I got comfortable. The reviews for this practice are shocking to me. They definitely don’t reflect the experience I have had with this practice for the 24 years I have been a patient. Admittedly I do have the most amazing doctor there, Dr. Eigg, who I give thanks to God for always. He is the physician every physician should aspire to be: intelligent, kind, incredibly skilled, with the best, most sincere bedside manner. The lady who answers the phone is incredibly RUDE. I tried to become a patient and within 30 seconds I immediately changed my mind and hung up because of how rude she was to me. I don’t even want to know what that office atmosphere is like in person.
