Have had nothing but great experience with Dr. Cranston. She listens, is knowledgeable, caring, relatable. Highly recommend her.
My wife had to make an appointment for an issue and the on call nurse was rude and dismissive stating they didn't have an order and asked her "idk what you want me to do" which is always nice when dealing with traumatic medical issues. Especially when the Dr. Advised us to call for an appointment. Furthermore, the on call nurse "Lisa" advised her she would call her back after pushing her off the phone and then never received a call back. I've reached my limit with dealing with this office. So much so that trying to schedule my most recent appointment sent me over the edge & now I am finally taking a moment to write a review because over the years there have been so many issues & I have always bit my tongue. Now that they are officially a part of URMC, it seems to have gotten even worse & I will be looking for a new provider. Let's start with they do not respect patients time. I’ve been with them since I was 17. I’ve had lots of conflicting opinions on them over the years. At first, they kept refusing to give me birth control because it “gave me high bp” so it was a constant struggle to continue that. One of the LPNs, Chelsea, finally listened to me and we came to the conclusion that I was nervous going in there and my bp was magically fine after I got comfortable.
