If I could give zero stars I would. My grandmother was treated terribly. They lost her clothes, I had to go to their lost and found every other day and grab her clothes off a rack with tons of other clothes. They never brought her clothes back to her room, they all ended up on a lost and found rack downstairs. We said multiple times the family would wash her clothing, they did not listen and continued to take her clothes and they NEVER RETURNED until I forced people to go down and let me look for them. With the exception of a few people the staff was not very attentive and did not show much patience with the people they were supposed to be caring for.
RecommendedI'm watching from afar the tremendous progress my mother-in-law is making there! She raves about the people, the food, the activities, everything! I haven't seen her this happy and animated in a very long time!!
Mom just came home from Westridge Care Center after a bout with pneumonia that caused her to need a boost before coming home for Hospice Care. All of the staff were very caring and supportive to us. We really appreciated everything they did. Thank you so much for the care, and getting her strong enough to come home!
Highly recommend West Ridge Care Center!! My grandmother has been living here for a couple of years now. I live out of state and when I visit the facility, it’s a very welcoming environment! The staff here is friendly, genuine, caring and “tech savvy”. It’s a highlight to see the regularly posted Facebook photos, places they visit and friendships made. Thank you!
I had an abscess on my right hip joint that was "close" to taking my life. At the hospital I had the surgery that saved my 75 year old life, however I needed 7 to 8 weeks of IV antibiotics and that much physical therapy & occupational therapy to return to the health and strength I used to enjoy. Those who worked with me at Westridge Care Center were all people who genuinely cared for my daily wellbeing.
