Had George Winton as my agent on a sale in 2020 and he worked for Coldwell Banker in Columbus, MS. The experience was negative and I had to get a lawyer that threatened to sue everyone just for me to close. Looking back he was way too friendly with the seller's agent and allowed the seller's agent to walk all over him. I did deal with the broker that George was working under. However, he seemed as if he was more concerned about getting sued then trying to help me. I would not use Coldwell Banker again but instead would use a... read more
