Absolute worst experience I've ever had, Stay far far away from these crooks.
They just started managing the building I live in. I've lived in this building almost 11 years. They want me to come to Layton to pay rent. I live in Ogden and don't think I ever been to Layton. The customer service is terrible and the way to request repairs is completely stupid.
I WOULD never recommend this company to anyone they list deposits and then try and get triple the amount. I have great credit and when I ask for an explanation I can’t get anything. I believe they just continue to take applications charging multiple people the $40.00 application. Shady business for sure.
Yikes! Beware of this company! All the prices on their ads are not what they really are. After you pay your application fee (which is EXTREMELY high) they then tell you that they add “amenities” onto your rent. They lie on their ads to get you to apply and then hit you with the truth after. I would not recommended renting through this company.
Got lied to about the listing and now I am out of $78 from the application.
Jim and Kevin are awesome! They have been in the business for a long time and they truly know what they are doing. Always super friendly and professional.
We work with Jim at West property Management alot, we have heard so many praises from his owners and tenants alike that just can't say enough and as a vendor we love how they look at the big picture and fix what needs to be fixed to save the owners in the long run not just bandaid over bandaid and keep going back and costing people more and more we cannot say enough about a property manager like that!
