Any place where they tell you you can’t decorate your porch with lights or a wind chime isn’t worth my energy or money. Any place that offers a gift card to tenants for not fixing their electric for well over a week is disappointing and has no integrity. I’ve yet to receive any resolution. Without electric, we had to eat out- not cheap to do, I couldn’t work without internet and had to make adjustments, but to carry your work across town is inconvenient and unnecessary when you pay $1500+ rent. Why do you close the pool, and drain it at the beginning of spring when I want to use it and not in let's say, November when it's colder and no one wants to use it. How long is it gonna stay closed for this time? How come I pay almost $1500 a month and have no option for a fire place, the irrigation system smells like sewage and the pool is always close half the year?
My son moved here in June. Terrible payment system that I believe sets tenants up for late payments, so they can collect $116.00 Late fees. His electrical outlets and air conditioning are all screwed up. The apartment flooded while he was out of town and their answer was to leave a huge industrial fan to dry it out for weeks. No attempt to replace the musty and possibly moldy carpet that now exists in the bedroom from the flooding. I encouraged him to move to this complex over another. So sorry I did. Such a disappointment!
Horrible place, be ready when you move out they will collect tones of fees and they will also be very rude. They will not work with you and that manager needs some customer service training. don’t waste your time into this place. Go and look somewhere else
