West Pointe Apartments was a godsend when I moved to Asheboro from Fayetteville, NC, and my apartment search was looking bleak. They were able to accommodate me quickly before I started my new job. The neighborhood was delightful, and I never had any problems or concerns that couldn’t be addressed promptly.
Apartment was absolutely beautiful on the inside. After time however we could start seeing the flaws, it was a downstairs apartment and we could absolutely hear everything that was going on in the apartment above us. Complex manager started off friendly then became extremely rude and bothered when I made requests for the trash being left outside neighbors door in breeze way to be attended to on several occasions. Moving anywhere these days is a process.. Shara and Sam helped make the process very easy! Beautiful property, with extended amenities. Quiet area with immediate access to everything you need including multiple highways. A++
Staff was very tentative to my concerns, and made me feel very welcomed with my move.
