Last year, I used WPPM service. I feel very angry with your unprofessional property management service. Today I have time to check back all the proc the Lease Agreement, Move Out Statement, and Jana's Communication. Below all the unprofessional points that they made: 1. In Jana's communication Jana said: "Based on the tenants move in pictures, I believe they left in very good shape". WPPM is hands down the best property manager I've ever hired, and I have been a very happy customer for the past five years. They are knowledgeable, responsible, and detail-oriented so I know our valuable investments are in good hands.
