This guy is very dishonest. Before setting up an appointment with this place, I explained that we did not have insurance and our funds were pretty tight. We went to a couple of adjustments and all of a sudden he wanted us to sign up for some kind of a contract. He tried to get my wife to sign up for this without me being present, knowing our situation.
