Everyone from the front desk staff all the way to wheeling me out in a wheelchair out the back door was extremely nice Dr Wang was amazing. I was nervous but the staff is absolutely 💯 great. Thank you to everyone
The staff we’re great everyone was so friendly and they made me feel very comfortable with my surgery I like that they explain everything they are doing to me as it was happening
This was the best experience I’ve ever had with the dentist. She was personable, had me laughing even though I had a lot of anxiety in coming. I actually enjoyed my visit.
First off let me start by saying I am terrified of dentist but they did an amazing job walking me through the procedures and check ups. Dr. Syed treated me like I was part of her family. She took time to explain everything that was going on in my mouth and answered all my questions. I was surprised because other places I have been they were very in and out. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who is hesitant about going to the dentist. They made me feel so comfortable and safe from start to finish.
I visited this location for the first time on 02/20/24. Prior to that, I was going to Rockwall Modern Dentistry. I moved to this area and was happy to see there was another location nearby! I first spoke with a very nice woman over the phone the day before my appointment. She was SO helpful and kind in making sure my insurance information was squared away before my visit.
