If there is a way not to give one star. I would do it. I had to wait for an hour. Basically, it does not make any sense to set an appointment.When I brought up the issue to her she responded aggressively. She told me even I had to wait more. Also, when I mentioned this issue in our community , her MA mentioned my last name in the public page on Facebook, and she did not consider not to disclose the patient protected information which include the name. (HIPPA)
