This is a great facility. I’ve come at all hours and the nurses and doctors are excellent. I won’t go anywhere else. The only downside is having to complete a form as if I was a new patient. I’m a fairly regular patient, but still had to fill out every field. This is old school. Every other medical facility where I am an existing patient prints out the info on file and has me edit any changes. Not doing this is disrespectful and places unnecessary work on the patient

Thanks for the call Dr. Stephenson visit did not go well at all everyone I encountered seemed extremely annoyed I was there. No compassion no empathy. I had two major surgeries and they acted as if nothing serious was wrong. I was very brushed off and rushed out. Super disappointing because the only reason I was brought to the facility was because in the past Dr. Leslie P was the provider and she was the most carrying doctor I had ever encountered. I called to speak with someone about my visit front desk was not really any help. I asked if she could pass my phone number along to Dr. Stephenson so I could discuss visit. Waiting on a call......... Extremely shocked and disappointed on the visit and after looking over my labs appalled

Came in last night at 11pm and was treated by doctor Abd, he took the time I needed and more to diagnose the issue with my throat and explain what I should do and shouldn’t do and was in an out within less than hour! I’ll never be going to any hospital ER from now on, this will be my go to ER.
