Just don’t!!
they made a mistake with scheduling on their end and then told me the doctor wouldn’t see me even though I showed up to my appointment ON TIME. then after wasting my time they wouldn’t even reschedule me for their mistake… just told me i’d have to call in to see if there were appointments???? absolutely will not be returning
Good luck. The receptionists have a really bad attitude. I’ve never had such poor service while trying to set up a new patient. Not professional and literally said I don’t have to schedule you. I also don’t need to spend my money there. If this were someone on my team, they wouldn’t be employed. Indignant is how I would describe my interaction.
