I called West Pharmacy to verify that they had the regular adult cast shower bag. I described it in detail and even gave the manufacturers info. They claim they had it and quoted me $26.00. Amazon was only $14.57 but I wanted to shower right away. My friend drove down a d bought it. They charged him $33.00. Them I noticed that they sold him a FULL LEG Cast cover with a weird scucer disk. It was hugh. So he want back to exchange or refund it. THEY REFUSED even though IT WAS THEIR MISTAKE. *Posted signs in the store say, "Valued Customer: Dure to the NEW health care accreditation law, all items sold at West Pharmacy are NOT returnable or exchangeable. This includes opened or unopened items. AT ANY TIME. Thank you, Management" I say, NO THANK YOU!!!! With customer service like that, why not go elsewhere??? Another sign posted in all caps says, "NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, or RETURNS" This policy is well adhered to!
Thanks To My Doc & West Pharmacy I suffer from diabetes. My doctor recently prescribed me a special compound. I searched for that compound in so many places, but couldn??t find it. Then I found out about West Pharmacy. They were able to provide me with the exact compound I needed. I am taking the medicine for about two months now & I am feeling much better.
