Customers free parking. Very nice crew!
Once my severe dry eyes started a year ago I was totally lost. I didn’t know anything about the different eye doctors or the treatments. Knowing what I know now, Zambotti was totally useless to me. She doesn’t actually know how to treat the root cause of dry eyes. I’ve wasted so much time with her but at least I’ve learned my lesson.
I had -15.50 with astigmatism. The doctors suggested cataract surgery and i still have 20/20 vision 11 years later. Their care is top notch. Nothing but praise and appreciation
The office is dirty and the staff is rude. They forgot my appointment, charged my wife $38 more for the same thing, and rudely refused to fix it.
Parking is on street or garage but you'll probably pay either way. The office is located on an upper level and the elevators are slow. I mention this because I always cut it close on time so between the location in the actual building and parking, which is sometimes a little out of the way, I allow for a few extra minutes. I've had a couple urgent eye issues and they booked me an appointment same day.
