We have lived here for 3 months now and we enjoyed it! Office and maintenance staff are all friendly and helpful in answering our questions and addressing any issues. We like the neighborhood the best, with convenient access to shopping and restaurants, and major highways. It’s cozy and quiet, feels safe and comfortable. Apartments are older, bit very well maintained!
Renters Beware it has not been a pleasant experience living here the turnover rate is super high.when we first moved in the office Mgr was a young lady name Jeana any problem would be solved in a professional manner that has long been lost in this office thank God we purchased a Home and finally we will be able to leave this place. Missing balconies and rails thrown in the grass what an eye sour. The only thing that we will miss is the maintenance team they are awesome.
If you rent here, be prepared for rent to increase 10% each year. It was a great place to rent prior to JCM living taking over. They took away balconies for 9 months (and counting) and offered no compensation despite balconies being listed as a featured amenity of the units. Almost fell from the second story when they removed them because no notice was given on the day they removed them, and no safety barriers were installed until months later.
Hello! I have lived at West Park Manor for over ten years. I’m so happy to live there, everyone involved with West Park Manor is so respectful, caring and kind! If you have a maintenance issue, they’re right on it ! The office manager is delightful and caring as well and takes care of your issues quickly!! I’m moving out after 8 years here to be closer to family but it honestly was an extremely tough decision because West Park Manor has come to truly be home. From a maintenance staff that takes care of you like family (Tony and Mark) to Lisa and Natalie in the leasing office, my almost decade at West Park Manor were wonderful and I’ll really miss it here.
