Filthy, roach infested, the elevator don't work all the time. Vagrants sleeping on the stairs and in the courtyard. Dogs poop all over the grounds. Neighbors are at liberty to go to Cynthia Hernandez of mgmnt and fabricate stories/lies. She shouts on the phone to you and if you don't address it quickly it will go south faster than your next breath. Disgustingly unable to understand it all.

This Inn is now owned by the San Diego housing. It's managers are slum lords. Invested with cockaroaches. Any thing needs replacing or fixed good luck. Been robbed twice in a month my keys an wallet then my laundry. You paid 33% of your income for an SRO that is a 19by 10 box. No kitchen. Just refrig and microwave and heater don't work. $110.00 a square ft is $2100.00 a month. I rather be living in the streets back in my tent. But now that the mayor Todd Gloria force me here.
