For a new hospital, the main floor of the building is very, very dirty. It's not being maintained period. You go there anytime of the day, it's disgusting to see. The snow and salt marks are always there and quite noticeable. The washrooms are filthy and smelly. On my next visit I will take photos and sent them directly to Kevin Smith (CEO) Management needs to do a better job. SMH

😞😢 .. I remember.. I can’t stop remembering for you see as your words resonate through every fibre in my veins and every heart felt tears I shed .. your words .. the pain , grief and the suffering .. yes I suffered and I still suffer every day . My Hidden illness was avoidable and my attempted suicide on the premises ( Employers) was avoidable ..if only you cared more and took more time and patience . I have been here for about three weeks and have received the most amazing care. The staff have universally been the kindest and most supportive I have ever experienced. The facilities are first class and the food has been very good. Most importantly, I have made very real progress in my recovery. Thank you all so much for much. Jeremy Gawen

Recent visit w specialist & call to Physio clinic at West Park Healthcare Centre was disappointing. New digs are nice. But bedside manner of staff not so nice. But the reception person at ground level was welcoming & helpful. The reception at the specialist office was efficient. If you’re in healthcare I expect each & every individual to be treated like their the staff’s first patient. I get health staff is not appreciated all the time, they’re busy, they’re human & bad days are allow, but I’ve seen the same specialist there... read more
