I was a real lucky person to go to this place. I ended up on the third floor in one of the 400 rooms. I can’t even tell you the nurses were fantastic from daytime to nighttime such blessings all of them. I had a broken femur and the attention that I received was phenomenal- shout outs to Dr. Glenn Shiner and a big thank you to Harkiran Kaur - she’s so professional and Answered every question I had. Great place, is relatively new building, nurses have been helpful and kind to my family members. Rehab staff have been tough in a much needed way, kind and motivating. We have seen progress in the 10 days which is encouraging that a return to home will be likely after her 85 day stay.

The lady that works at second with the ponytail is incredibly rude!!!! Tries to overcharge for items and gets mad when she’s caught. Doesn’t even have the courtesy to hand you ur change in your hands.

It is impossible to put into words the level of care and compassion demonstrated by staff on a daily basis. Additionally, the new building provides bright and spacious rooms along with a level of privacy I have not experienced anywhere else in the GTA. The entire staff are heroes on the front lines of health care. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

West Park provides exceptional quality rehabilitation for both inpatient and outpatient. They have helped me greatly after my brain surgery.
